2.5 times the monthly rent.
- Is my security deposit totally refundable?
The security deposit will be refunded less final utilities and cost exceeding normal wear and tear.
- If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
Yes per the lease agreement we are able to work with each resident within the parameters of the lease agreement.
- Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
Yes, with a fee.

Morning of the 4th.
- Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?

- There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
Guest exceeding 4 days must be listed on the lease or if receiving mail at the address.
- My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
Yes they too need to be on the lease.
- Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?

Open to all.
- Does the property offer on-site recycling?
